Participation by Court Reporters, Witnesses, & Interpreters

Court reporters, witnesses, and interpreters may participate in a hearing being held using CourtCall in one two ways:

  • In person at the location of a self-represented party or attorney for one of the parties; or
  • Using CourtCall at a separate location from self-represented parties and attorneys.

OFFICE OF PARTICIPATING ATTORNEY

Court reporters, witnesses, and interpreters may participate in hearings being held using CourtCall in person at the same location as a self-represented party or attorney participating by CourtCall.

A self-represented party or attorney should email the presiding deputy, with all other self-represented parties and attorneys cc'd, if the court reporter, witnesses, or any interpreter will be participating using CourtCall from the location of the self-represented party or attorney.
