The Iowa Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) annually issues the Ratebook Information doc, which contains general information about rights and responsibilities under Iowa workers' compensation law.
Each Ratebook Information doc reflects the Iowa Code in effect from July 1 of the year in which it is issued through June 30 of the following year.

Note: DWC is making this version available in advance of the typical July 1 effective date. The Iowa General Assembly is reconvening in June after a hiatus due to COVID-19. There is a possibility the legislature could make changes to Iowa workers' compensation law after reconvening. DWC will revise this version as appropriate if the legislature makes any changes to Iowa workers' compensation laws before adjourning.
