The Iowa Workers' Compensation Commissioner may give written delegation of authority to perform specified functions to deputy workers' compensation commissioner under Iowa Code section 10A.305.
With this order, the Commissioner delegated to certain deputies authority relating to ruling on settlements under Iowa Code section 85.35 and commutations under Iowa Code sections 85.45, 85.47, and 85.48.
